The content on this website, including photographs, images, logos and text are the copyrighted property of Onyx and Elm. You may not download, reproduce, duplicate, modify, copy, sell, resell, or exploit in any way the content on this website.

We reserve the right to refuse and/or to cancel any order or part of any order.

Where an item is described as antique, vintage or similar, it should be assumed that the item has been previously worn and used. It is expected that items will show wear commensurate with their age and may also display evidence of repair or restoration work.

Items listed on our site are represented as accurately as possible. We make every effort to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, due to monitor discrepancies, we cannot guarantee that your display color will be accurate.

Should an item be grossly misrepresented, we are happy to provide a resolution in line with Australian consumer law. Gross misrepresentation is considered as any descriptor which considerably affects an item's value (e.g. incorrect identification of precious gems, incorrect identification of plated metals as pure metals, etc.). Inaccuracies in the estimation of the age, gold purity, or other factors which have little to no impact on an item's value are not considered to be gross misrepresentations.

As all of our items have been previously worn and loved, we are unable to offer any blanket blanket guarantees or warranties.
