A romantic and lovely antique double cluster ring in the 'toi et moi' ('you and me') style. The ring is set with 7 silvery-hued pearls and a further 7 richly-coloured garnets in a flower head design. The gems are mounted in a bypass setting in a raised gallery. Crafted in 9ct yellow gold, the band has an elegant knife-edge finish. The ring most likely dates to the first half of the twentieth century, and is perfect for an engagement or anniversary.
Size L (US 6). Can be resized within reason.
No stamps are present but the gold tests as a minimum of 9ct.
Weight (approximate): 2.0g
Measurements (approximate): Face measures 11mm at the widest point. Each flower is 7.5mm in diameter. Band is about 1.5mm in width.
Condition: Good, with wear commensurate with age. The gems are all in good condition and are secure in their settings. The band is very slightly misshapen, but is not out of round. The ring appears to have been resized at some point. Please see pictures for details and don't hesitate to ask questions.
