A rare and highly coveted Georgian era (1714-1836) garnet and diamond band in the Rococo style. This beautiful ring is set with a generously proportioned flat-cut garnet, which has been foiled to intensify the deep hue of the gem, held in a close-backed setting with a 'rayed butt' design characteristic of the Rococo style. The 14ct yellow gold band has four rose-cut diamonds set in a silver gallery to the shoulders. A stunning, eye-catching piece that is perfect when worn both stacked or by itself.
No stamps are present, but the gold tests as a minimum of 14ct.
Size O (US 7.5). Resizable within reason (laser welder only).
