An unusual and lovely antique double cluster ring in the 'toi et moi' style. The ring is set with 12 silvery-hued diamonds surrounding two red stones (one ruby, one paste) in a flower head design. The gems are held open-backed in a bypass setting, and sparkle vigorously when they catch the light. The gallery and shank are made from 18ct rose gold with tapered shoulders. The ring most likely dates to the early 1900s, and is perfect for an engagement or anniversary.
