A beautiful vintage sapphire band dating to the Art Deco era (1920-1945). The vibrant blue of the cushion cut sapphire is perfectly complemented by the textured finish of the 14ct yellow gold setting. The interior of the band has a personalised engraving reading '1911 1931'. An understated piece with a domed profile and clean lines, this ring is perfect for stacking or for wear on its own.

Measurements (approximate): The band measures 8mm at the widest point, tapering to 3.5mm. The sapphire measures 5.25mm x 4.75mm (estimated to be 0.5 carat weight).
Condition: Good, with wear commensurate with age. The table facets of the sapphire have some abrasion. The band shows evidence of resizing. There are some light marks and general wear to the gold. Please see pictures for details and don't hesitate to ask questions.
